Slack to Teams migration service is automated and client-centric service which allows you to transfer your slack conversation data to M365 Teams application. It is preferred option for companies who plan to simplify their applications infrastructure, reduce license and administration costs.

To make complete process we need to understand client/service provider roles during migration:

• Client - is responsible for provisioning access to his resources (aka. Connections Data) and specifying user mappings between users.
• Redworks - is responsible for the rest of migration process, including data import/export, data conversion, user remapping, security of process and communication with client. Optionally can perform additional verification after completed migration.
