Teams to Teams migration service is an automated and client-centric service that allows you to migrate your Microsoft 365 Teams conversation data from one tenant to another. It is the preferred option for companies looking to consolidate Teams across multiple tenants or move their data thereby simplifying their application infrastructure and reducing administration costs.

To make complete process we need to understand client/service provider roles during migration:

• Client - is responsible for provisioning access to his resources (aka. Connections Data) and specifying user mappings between users.
• Redworks - is responsible for the rest of migration process, including data import/export, data conversion, user remapping, security of process and communication with client. Optionally can perform additional verification after completed migration.
